Mash! Slice! Stir! Shake! Roll! Perform other kitchen activities! This sequel to the DS game may sound silly, but its innovative use of the Wiimote is pretty much exactly what the system was designed for.

Dragon Quest Swords boxDragon Quest Swords
Aside from one of the longest game names ever? Think Time Crisis, but instead of shooting and ducking you're swinging a sword and blocking with a shield. You have control over forward and backward movement, but that's about it.

Final Fantasy Crystal Bearers logoFinal Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers
It's, er, a Final Fantasy game. On Wii.

Metroid Prime 3 Corruption boxMetroid Prime 3: Corruption
The final game in the Metroid Prime trilogy. In Corruption, Samus gets infected by Phazon, which slowly gives her abilities not previously seen in the series.

No More Heroes boxNo More Heroes
Another whacked-out game from whacked-out designer Suda 51, of Killer 7 fame. No More Heroes stars Travis Touchdown, an American geek who buys a beam katana (read: light saber) off eBay and decides to become a hit man. We couldn't make this up, people.

A pantload of classic Nintendo characters-plus Solid Snake-pummeling each other in huge 3D arenas.

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 box artHere comes another sequel for the old awesome anime ever from Japan, the Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Most gamers are focusing with the new ones like Naruto and Bleach and any other anime from Japan that is turned into games. This games are getting popular eh? After all, I find them very enjoyable to play especially with my friends.

To keep track with the tradition, Budokai Tenkaichi 3 offers plenty of crazy blasting of ki energy and enough Dragon Ball fan service to raise up your power lover for over 9000, but there's not a whole lot of innovation or terribly deep combat. One thing the game does have, however, is a good variety of different game modes. The main story mode is named Dragon History, and it takes you through a mess of battles made famous in all three Dragon Ball series and the movies. Dragon History mode loses the map that you have to navigate inbetween fights in the previous Budokai Tenkaichi 2, which helps streamline of the battles and keeps the action moving along.

You may consider many Dragon History bouts have been tackled in many previous games, some effort has been put into this mode to make one of a hell fresh fights. There are scripted moments within many of the battles. This triggers a new event of stor within the real fight, the results are usually in your current character flying out of the ring and an ally coming in to take over. Druing the match, you may hear multiple characters talking to advance in the storyline of the game. It's a little odd at first of course, you might get pissed with it, but it does a good job of replicating the feel of the anime.

The Dragon World Tour mode allows you to advance through a ranked tournament and the Ultimate Battle contains a few variants on the classic survival mode. One of the more interesting Ultimate Battle modes is being dubbed by Sim Dragon, which gives you ten turns to make your chosen fighter as strong as he or she can get. Each trun is completely menu-driven, and you can opt to train, explore, or rest your character. Making the proper decisions will boost or lower their stats and health. Once the ten days are up, you face off against an opponent with your current abilities. It's somewhat simple but it's an interesting twist on what is normally a fairly dry mode in fighting games.

Wireless Nunchuk revealed by Nyko

Wireless Nunchuk
Having a problem with some Wii games that tangles up the cord of your Nunchuk? Worry no more because Nyko reveals a very convenient version of Nunchuk, well, its not new but its upgraded to being a wireless controller.

Nyko's Wireless Nunchuk employs 2.4GHz wireless to be able to communicate with the receive module that jacks into the Wiimote's usual Nunchuk port. You can turn on and off the connection through the power buttons on both the receiver and the Wireless Nunchuk as seen on the image.

With regards to the gameplay, the Wireless Nunchuk should function like the first-party option, as Nyko looks to be remaining true to Nintendo's general layout and button locations. Just wait for further announcement about the pricing and the confirmed release of this Wireless Nunchuk. For the meantime, feel free to speculate about this certain upgrade on Wii. Enjoy!

Futuristic Mod Wii Console

Futuristic Mod Wii
Easy enough to throw a few lights and a clear door on your PC or console and declare it a mod. But to make it look like this modded Wii takes an aesthetic eye. Put together by a modder who calls himself Kypes, the Wii features a black face and stand, clear sides, painted Disk Drive and LEDs that feature enough neon goodness to get a hipster excited.

What makes the LED arrangement so nice is the way the purple lights cross to highlight the disk drive and the green lights illuminate the rear fan. Kypes also included an additional SD slot in the back, a built in Game Cube memory card, and a new light for the load slot. Check out the video below for a better idea.
